Do you need to have a computer on, to run these automated trading systems?

All you need to do is set up your account at the broker you decide. Once your broker makes the account live, the trading system you selected will run 100% automatically without human assistance.

How do you set up an account?

Once you have decided on a trading system that you prefer, select any broker as long as the systems they use can link up to the Striker trading systems.

Once I set up an account with the broker, how does it work?

Anytime there is a trade all subscribers will get the same entries and exits. There is not a delay in the execution. The automated trading systems are on the servers at Striker in Chicago and they execute all the trades.

Is the P&L data shown on the 'learn more' button hypothetical?

All trades seen on the summary were traded at Striker live with real money. The totals take into account commissions and subscriptions.

Should you run more than one trading system?

Once you are familiar and comfortable with automated trading it is more advantageous to run multiple trading systems. With multiple trading systems, your investments are diversified and not dependent solely on the performance of one trading system to perform well.

Is it possible to lose money trading automated trading systems?

Yes, with any investments there are risks. If you are not comfortable with the trading system you selected, or have started losing money you can stop the trading system at any time. There are no contracts.

Does Quantitative Strategies manage capital?

QS is a third party trading system developer that licenses trading algorithms to trade with 100% automated trading systems. QS does not manage capital or provide investment advice, and as such is not registered with the NFA as a capital Commodity Trading Advisor. We operate under an agreement known as a 'letter of direction' to allow trading of our algorithms in your account.
